Nicole Vera, Olga's mother-in-law made menus to go with the dinner. She did the Chinese calligraphy herself!

The food was AMAZING! Nicole is French, enough said! Helping her was Fernand Vera, Olga's husband. The creme brulee was to die for, the best ever!
